Cancellation Policy

Greenhorn Wellness Private Limited (including the MasterEdu app and the MasterEdu website) offers subscriptions payment

Cancellations:

Autopay mandates can be canceled directly through the Profile Section of our apps. Subscriptions can also be canceled directly through the platform where the payment was made. Typically, the option to cancel can be found under the "Autopay" section of the respective payment method. If you cancel your subscription, it will stop for subsequent billing cycles, but the current billing cycle will remain active.

Refunds:

Master Premium is a subscription plan offering unlimited viewing access to all episodes to users on the Master App, for the time-period of the subscription. The subscription durations are of 3 days, 1 month; which can be changed by the company at any-time for the new users without prior notice. At Master, we strive to deliver a seamless and entertaining experience for our users. Please read our Refund Policy carefully before purchasing any subscription on the platform.

General Policy

All purchases made on the Master app — Trial, Monthly Subscriptions, are final and non-refundable, unless specifically directed by the company under exceptional circumstances.

Subscriptions

Our subscription plans may include auto-renewals, ensuring uninterrupted access to Master episodes. Please note:

  • Users on a Paid Trial are not eligible for a refund upon first auto-renewal.
  • Renewals after the initial paid subscription are non-refundable.
  • We do not offer partial or pro-rata refunds for canceled subscriptions.

Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only if explicitly authorized by Master, in cases such as:

  • Duplicate transactions.
  • Technical errors resulting in failed delivery of purchased subscription.

Any such refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 working days, in cases after approval.

Note:

Refunds may take up to 7 business days to reflect in your account due to processing delays by the bank. If the refunded amount is not received after 7 days, please contact us at support@masteredu.ai with your registered phone number.
